After the transaction is created, the seller and broker can specify their preferred disbursement method for that transaction. Once all terms of the transaction have been completed and verified, Escrowlife will pay the seller the same or next business day using their preferred disbursement method. If the seller or broker agreed to pay all or some of the escrow fee, it is automatically deducted from the purchase price or broker commission.
